My name is Victoria Moore-Griffin. I am a certified trauma-informed sound practitioner, community builder, storyteller and artist based in Philadelphia.

My intention is to share soul-nourishing experiences through sound, movement, art and reflection. My practice is rooted in a remembrance of Earth honoring traditions and reverence for that which connects us all.

the power of sound

Sound has always been a way we gather, express ourselves, and connect with one another. Modern research is just beginning to explain what our ancestors have known and practiced intuitively for generations: Sound is influential and has the power to do us a lot of good. From the cleansing sound of natural waters rushing in a stream, to the sweet sound of birdsong subconsciously letting our nervous systems know "we are safe here", we are constantly taking in "information" from the world of sounds around us.

The power of sound healing allows for what I would describe as a "nervous system reset". A break from the stream of endless information, stress from carrying too much, and overstimulation from the constant fight for our attention. Many people have grown to think this is the new norm but it doesn't have to be... We deserve to remember what peace and presence feels like in our bodies. It is from that place of deep rest, that the body can actually fully relax, process, and restore itself as it is designed to do.

Let sound be the portal to deeper connectedness. This is a deeply nourishing and unifying gift to experience with a loved one or solo. This includes a consultation, guided breath work, sound bath, vibroacoustic massage, and reflective integration period, all intentionally personalized for you and your partner. 90-120 min.

Individual or Couple Session

Gather your people and let sound create the space. This is an immersive group experience where participants are invited to release all distractions, worries and performances at the door. Participants will be enveloped by sound, like a vibrational cocoon of singing bowls, chimes, percussion, voice, and other instruments. 60-90 min.

Group Session

For events, I create immersive sound experiences that invite guests to pause, connect, and experience something together beyond the usual programming. This can include sound, movement, breath, reflection, and live instrumentation and can be thoughtfully adapted to the energy, audience, and intention of your gathering.
