I enjoy exploring new ways to share my messages. In 2024, I directed and produced Homecoming, a meditative audio and visual journey which explores the wisdom that lies between Woman and Earth for the healing we all seem to be searching for. The short film invites viewers to reconnect and nourish a relationship with Mother Earth, viewing Her once again as our greatest teacher, healer, provider, and ancestor. This piece was funded by the Leeway Foundation and displayed at Art-ish in 2024 at Philadelphia Museum of Art.

Painting was my first true creative outlet. This form of expression and release paved the way for me to be curious about other ways I might be able to uncover new parts of me.

what is nourishing me at this time...

This is the ever-changing part of my story. This is what I'm breathing in these days and growing inspired by.

I love to walk the trails of the Wissahickon. My sacred space. I've been enjoying taking long walks with my husband and daughter and watching the magic of transition happen before our eyes. The colors changing, the air chilling, the leaves dancing on their way to their resting place on the ground. I learn so much from these trails. Right now, I'm learning to trust the fall and embrace transition. To dance my way through uncertainty of what's next, trusting that my landing will be graceful and exactly where I'm supposed to be.

This is what is filling me up right now. The sounds, people, words, and moments reminding me to stay present, stay curious, and remain open to what this season has to teach me. This is also the basis of my monthly newsletter if you're interested in more.

What is nourishing you at this time?
