remember what peace feels like in your body

the power of sound

Sound has always been a way we gather, regulate, express, and connect. Modern research is just beginning to explain what generations before us have known and practiced intuitively. Sound is powerfully influential. Vibrations penetrate our bodies and bypass the part of us that tends to overthink or doubt. Sound healing is far from "woo-woo", you don't have to believe in it, you don't have to clear your mind, you just have to show up. Restorative sound healing can help bring your nervous system into a state of deep rest that most of us rarely access in our day to day lives. From that place, the body can actually relax, process, and restore itself as it is designed to do.

  • Support rest and sleep

  • Support overall well-being

  • Create space for reflection and connection

  • Offer a gentle, non-invasive complementary practice

  • Reduce feelings of anxiety

  • Ease tension and promote relaxation

  • Support emotional well-being

  • Encourage a sense of calm and presence

  •  None at all. This practice is open to everyone, whether you’re brand new or deeply seasoned in meditation work. In fact, this was one of my earliest introductions to meditation. This is also true for many others who feel sitting still and "clearing the mind" to be impossible. Sound baths are a great beginner-friendly way to bypass "thinking" and tap into the feeling of presence.

  • I always suggest wearing comfortable clothing that feels good. For private sessions, I provide mats, bolsters, blankets, eye covers, pillows and journals.

For group sessions and special events, I provide all of the above as an optional add-on during the booking process. If the add-on is not included in the booking, it is the responsibility of the organizer to at least provide mats and blankets.

  • I am based in Philadelphia and currently partner with studios throughout the city for both private and group sessions (if space is needed). Depending on your location, I will try to accommodate and book with a studio partner closest to you based on availability. I am currently not doing home visits. For bookings 45 min+ there is an additional travel fee.

  •  That’s completely okay and actually really common. Your body will still receive the restorrative benefits of the sound bath whether you're awake or resting deeply.

  •  No. While the experience can feel deeply spiritual, it’s offered in an open, inclusive way that welcomes people of all beliefs and backgrounds.

  • Different for every body! You may feel deeply relaxed, grounded, spacious, or simply more present in your body. You may notice yourself becoming sleepy, emotional, energized, peaceful, or more aware of sensations you don't usually have time to notice. You may even find your mind wandering and that's completely okay, too. I'll be here to support you through whatever comes up.

  • To honor the sacred space and focus needed for private sessions, I do ask that no children be present. For group or event bookings children are welcome with a parent or caregiver. Sessions can be adapted to be gentle, playful, and age-appropriate. I just ask that caregivers remain attentive to their child’s needs, especially around sound sensitivity and volume.

  • Yes, I'm trained and certified through the Sound Medicine Academy which is accredited by the International Sound Therapy Association (ISTA), Complementary Medical Association (CMA), International Institute for Complementary Therapists (IICT), and the Yoga Alliance International Registry. I am also a certified yoga teacher through Yoga Chitta and received trauma-informed training through Resilient PA.

I also stay curious and love expanding my knowledge through practice and continued education.
