Group Sound Bath
For circles, gatherings, and community events
Service Description
A space to remember that restoration can be (and should be) a communal practice. A guided meditation practice done in community is a beautiful way to nourish that part of us that craves real connection and belonging. We spend so much time online, overstimulated and distracted, that a shared practice rooted in presence can often feel like a reminder of that which connects us all. This is an extra special gift to share with friends, family, colleagues, or a circle of kindred spirits. Guided by singing bowls, chimes, percussion, voice, and other resonant instruments, each experience flows through grounding, guided breathwork, gentle movements, sound bathing, journaling prompts and space for integrative reflection. The practice is thoughtfully guided while leaving space for each person to have their own experience. Group sessions can be centered around a shared intention, celebration, seasonal shift, or simply the desire to create space to be held and restored. No prior experience with meditation or sound healing is needed.
